"My mother has a deep vein thrombosis & it was hurting significantly more than normal. They were good about seeing her initially. However after dropping my mother off I returned to Canyon with the paperwork to get my mom a handycap placard & I was forced to leave the paper when all the doctor had to do was literally sign it. Two seconds literally. Now it's past two hours later & I call to check & they haven't even responded to the message is what they said whatever that means. I would not even take one of their moms or kids there yet my own ever again & they earned to right & enjoyment of me talking badly about them to anyone & everyone I possibly can. Don't go there. Your health is worth much more than Canyon."

"Went in for a sinus infection and got checked out by a medical student that only listened to my breathing and took my symptoms down and then dr Taylor didn’t even look at my ears nose or throat to access the severity of it, then said “oh I think my medical student diagnosed you correctly” , then prescribed me an antibiotic, but since he didn’t look at the severity of my sinus Infection I got worse through taking the antibiotics and ended up with an ear infection with my sinus infection… I ended up going to a different clinic and they told me not to trust that dr. Because he was negligent and didn’t look at anything. Now I’m on stronger antibiotics, which should’ve been prescribed in the first place if he’d pay attention and actually checked the problem out…"
"This place is a mixed bag of caring, competent people and unprofessional incompetent people who I can't understand how they got the job. Never in 30 years have I been to the doctor and told wait, we have to stick you again because we didn't get enough blood and we need to take another streptococcus test because we messed that up!? Rarely do the doctors have any helpful advice/solutions, one recommended a medication that elevates blood pressure after I informed her I'm on blood pressure medication!!!"
