"First time visiting: brought my kiddo in for a symptom that was scaring us. Three hour wait to be told to go home, and, quote: "if anything scary happens, take her to the ER". Second time visiting: waited over an hour past the scheduled start time of my appointment for a work med physical. Then during the vision test portion, a staff member who was not conducting the test walked into the room and turned on the lights and screwed up my vision test and I had to redo it. In all fairness, this kind of thing is par for the course at every Intermountain facility I've ever visited. In general they suck worse than the VA (speaking from experience with both Intermountain and the VA)."

"At my InstaCare visit I learned that the doctor who treated me is in this building (Family Medicine). I switched PCM to Dr Daniel Tovey. I have been a patient for almost ten years. The staff is so friendly and they’ve taken the time to get to know me as I am in often for medication checks. Dr Tovey is respectful of my time during appointments by asking direct questions and providing honest answers to my questions. I am also respectful to Dr Tovey and staffs time by showing up early to my appointments and getting straight to the point. I highly recommend this office and Dr Tovey."

"Went there for a COVID test, which is done without seeing anyone. Received a positive result and attempted to schedule an appointment to explore treatment options. Received nothing but excuses for not wanting to see me; the Nurse even suggested I go to another provider because it had been so long since I visited this facility. It's sad they are willing to take my money to take a COVID test, but then deny me care when the test is positive."

"I have always been treated kindly and Dr Gale has remembered me from day1, and he has been my primary physician for over 10 years. He is a consummate professional. I noticed him once outside the office at a social event. I looked away and didn't want to bother him, because I am sure a lot of people go up to doctors when they are shopping etc, and seek a free diagnosis and prescription. If I could rate him as 6 stars out of the 1 - 5 scale, I would. God Bless him, Dr Tovey and exceptional nurses at the Springville Clinic. To me they are on errand of Angels, and I will always be grateful for them. It's a combination of their kindness and skills that touch most people. Long after I have the office, I may not remember much about the visit to tell my wife, but I have always remembered how he and the entire staff have made me feel."

"The nurse took good care of us, but the dr was terrible. He looked at my son like he was a freak, awful bedside manner, and told us to go to the ER. He didn’t try to find out anything. I feel like a good doctor would always want to learn more and maybe help a patient! This is not my first bad experience with this doctor..."
