"Very poorly managed office. Most of the time when you show up for an early appointment, the office staff aren't in yet. I have had to have physical therapy about 6 times in my life and on the few occasions I have been late the therapist says we will get you in and just have a shorter session. This place, because they overbooked appointments in advance of a holiday, said sorry we had to cancel your appointment due you being 10 minutes late and having a medicare customer coming in. How does that matter? You can't run me though 45 minutes of my therapy? Sorry that I got up late and rushed over thinking you would be just like any other therapist I have worked with over the years. Oh, I forgot to mention, half of the therapy staff is on vacation as well. I wonder what role that played in deciding to cancel my appointment instead of working me in for a shortened session? I was planning to use them after the second surgery I have to have because the doctor/surgeon in the associated medical office screwed up part of my surgery, but after this I am not sure I would return or recommend them to anyone."
