"I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cooper on a whim after consulting multiple doctors who couldn't assist me with an unusual hand injury. Going into my first appointment, I was greeted warmly and given the chance to explain my symptoms and worries. My injury was quickly diagnosed and she explained my issue in detail, providing specific details to help me understand the cause of the injury and how to prevent a recurrence in the future. After the diagnosis, she presented me with a personalized treatment plan to facilitate the healing of my injury, and we scheduled a follow-up appointment for two weeks later. I diligently followed the given plan, and to my amazement, my issue completely resolved after only those two weeks (AND I STILL GOT TO CLIMB DURING THAT TIME). Dr. Cooper not only taught me how to prevent future injuries but also corrected my climbing form and patiently addressed all my overly complicated questions about the human body. To close, she gave me additional exercises to perform and reassured me that I could reach out if I had any further questions. Thank you so much for improving my quality of life."

I initially starting going to Rev PT for an MCL tear in my left knee that I experienced while rock climbing (drop knee). Carrie gave me a well thought out plan to get me back to 100%. Once back to 100% she even helped me ensure that I would not hurt my knees in the future by showing me the proper body mechanics to minimize the stress on my knees while climbing.
