"I started seeing Matt at a time I was in complete crisis. I went to several therapists over a few years before that before I found a good fit. I thought I was looking for a female therapist, but a fit is a fit, and I guess there's no way to predict that. I was very slow to trust and he was not pushy at all, let me work at my pace and I've never felt any amount of judgment from him. He is very good at reading emotions in me that I'm not even aware are there at the moment. When he recognizes them, it helps me bring them to the surface and work through them instead of suppressing and letting them silently eat away at me or run my life. Thanks Matt :) I'd give you 6 stars if you still had mints in your waiting room and if it was possible to give someone 6 stars."
