Blue Skies Counseling is a health institution located at 350 East 400 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. We offer therapy services for individuals who are in need of support during difficult times. Our therapists are qualified clinicians and LGBTQIA -allied feminist therapists who aim to help clients recognize and dismantle oppression and inequity in a safe and warm environment.
We offer therapy sessions both in-person and through Telehealth, making it convenient for clients to access help when needed. Our therapists are trained in techniques such as EMDR for trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and addiction. We also provide ongoing training in IFS to better serve our clients.
If you are experiencing trauma responses such as trouble sleeping, recurrent memories, or avoidant behavior, our therapists are here to help you heal and find coping strategies. We offer a client-centered, solution-focused approach using humanistic, existential, and relational theories to address a variety of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and more.
