"They have great products with really good prices. They'll match the online price too if it's lower. The staff is so nice. Twice they gave me new zipper pulls for my 20-year-old Samsonites. The stuff really is the most durable. It's much nicer and lighter now."

I do know that they usually only have 1 person working during the week, and sometimes the store will be closed for their lunchtime, but they are still open. All employees are very helpful, very large selection of luggage and can usually price match the website."
