"Many people posting 1 star reviews right after another. This is no coincidence! It’s a given that this is an outlet, but customers still deserve respect and a good experience. Having these unprofessional employees taints the brand and customers will spend their money elsewhere. I saw how other customers talked to each other and said “What a rude lady, let’s get out of here” I thought it was a misunderstanding until the girls were rude with my wife as well. These outlets must change this. This is outrageous"

"Every time I entered this store I was mistreated. different than when I go to Michael Kors or Coach store that I am treated with respect, kindness and sympathy. Guess is a brand that I REALLY love, use, appreciate the quality and I even send products from this brand to Brazil, but nowadays when I go there they prohibit me from taking photos or videos of the bags. it's ridiculous!! I want to see where this rule is because today I bought 9 bags from Michael Kors, I spent the whole day there taking photos and choosing what I wanted and in the end I made a purchase worth of more than $900 dollars. This store manager and employees in Park City are terrible, they are rude and mistreat me A LOT! and what's worse it’s the only Guess located in Utah. I am so sad to say that I’ve tried to go there more than 2 times, but NOW I promise I wont go back there anymore, these women doesn’t know how to treat a client, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DONT GO THERE GUYS! I would give ZERO stars, but they wouldn’t let me post."

"It's a shame to see how employees of a brand can damage its reputation. As soon as I walked in, the five employees were all looking at the door. One of them told me they were closing in 5 minutes, which wasn't true; they actually closed at 7, and it was 6:45. I still had 15 minutes to grab what I wanted, which I had already seen, and it was just a matter of picking it up and buying it. When I told her they weren't closing in 5 minutes but rather in 10, she said, "Oh, I'm sorry." I continued walking, and her colleague informed me that the fitting rooms were already closed, even though I hadn't decided what to buy yet. Therefore, I decided to leave!"

"Visited the location today & they have horrible customer service. One of the staff members was extremely arrogant & unprofessional. The other two staff members were better but definitely not friendly enough to be working in retail. No greetings, no smiles, no thank you!"

"I got things not knowing if they fit because a worker said I could return them. ( i couldn’t try on anything) I went back to return things the next day. I couldn’t so I was looking for something to exchange them for. The manager comes to me and says sorry you couldn’t get your 20$ for your little shirt . She was so rude!! Like okay sorry I was told that i could return so of course I was confused when they told me I couldn’t but I tried making the best of it. She didn’t have to continuously make rude comments"
