"I called this facility multiple times three days in a row during normal business hours to schedule a new patient appointment. Each time I was transferred by the receptionist to the new patient line and got a voicemail. Despite leaving multiple messages, no one ever called me back. Guess they’re not interested in new business. Highly unprofessional."

"I have been through the ringer with fertility doctors (consulted with literally all of them in Salt Lake City; the only other clinic I considered was RCC in Sandy, but my gut told me to go with Dr. Foulk at UFC). I have yet to have a baby, but I know that I am in the best possible care. I have recommended about 5 friends to this clinic and they're all very satisfied. I know that callback times may take a minute, and patients get frustrated, but when you are working with the best fertility clinic in Utah, they are bound to be busy so you'll definitely need to practice patience. Besides, I don't feel like their turn-around time of calling patients back is any different than other doctors offices. When it comes to my health and fertility, I will only trust Utah Fertility Center."

"As you know infertility can be very expensive. The experience with dr. Foulk office started out great. After having an outstanding balance with the office I was making monthly payments. Apparently the monthly payments was not enough to suffice the office. They sent it to a collection agency who has an aggressive attorney represent them and it was all downhill from there I'm very disappointed in this office. I will never use Foulk again because they are not willing to work with you. We donated 10 great embryos to them who they will make money with on someone else. Shame on you all."
