"I had a horrible experience and I’m extremely frustrated by the way I was treated! It took over two months to get an available time and I took a half day off from work for this appointment. When I arrived I was told the Cynthia was running 40 minutes late. After waiting for over an hour they finally took me back to a patient room where I waited another hour and was never seen. I finally walked out after 5 pm. I had a recital for a grandchild that evening which I ended up missing because I wait so long for the appointment. I understand emergency happen, but if a patient can’t be seen in a reasonable timeframe, they should be given the option to reschedule and be given priority for a new time. This was an extremely frustrating experience for me and I was made to feel like I wasn’t a priority or important."
