"Mason was a great help today! I forgot I had my roof top cargo attached to the mini van. He helped us figure out the touch free option and then he even helped hand dry our van because it wouldn't clear under the air dryer. 5 star service I highly recommend!"

"We only used the pet area and it was good. I wish there was a way to cancel out your remaining time. The buttons aren’t clearly marked and in trying to end my dog wash I instead added time and then had to wait it out to make sure they next customer couldn’t just keep adding to my card payment."

"We subscribe to a monthly wash plan. This is definitely the best place for us since they allow 3 vehicles per family account. This is what makes this place's monthly plan better than if you go to one of the bigger wash places. Thats the reason we go here. The automatic washes are decent. The biggest disappointment of this place is the drying towels. They advertise they have drying towels to dry your car but they very rarely do a good job of keeping the fresh ones stocked. I’ve been here probably 50 times now and I’ve only ever had clean towels to dry the car off twice. They really got to do better at this. They need many more towels or a better system for keeping fresh ones stocked. If theft is an issue with the towels they could always install a cheap security camera or something. I’d give this place more stars if this could be improved. EDIT 10-13-2023 They made same big improvements to the automatic washes and they are better than ever. Still never any towels to dry the car which sucks. Adding another star."

"We subscribe to a monthly plan, and my husband drives for Uber so it’s important we have a clean car. Needless to say, he’s here at least twice a week. Twice in the last week, the soft touch wash has stopped mid wash, making it so he had to back out and use another one of our monthly credits in the same day in the touchless wash to get the car cleaned as it was now covered in soap. I emailed and had a response within an hour and credits added back to our account. Things break down, and it’s expected with anything that gets as much use as a public car wash, but it’s the customer service that will keep us as customers for life! Thank you for all you do!!"

"Pet Grooming: It’s a nice little building they have just big enough for the one stall. There is 1 parking spot, and no parking signs all around it. When I showed up someone was using it, so I didn’t have a good place to wait for them to finish. There is a sliding door you can open with a gate to keep the dogs in that was really nice and kept it from getting hot and humid inside. The minimum purchase was for 15 minutes for 12$ which is a good amount of time to clean your pup, I wish it had smaller time frames even. There is no chain to keep your dog tethered to the shower, but it has a place to do it."
