"This review is specifically for the female pharmacist working on March 16. I could not believe the lack of care or customer service on her end. She absolutely refused to speak with me or my son’s doctor who I had on speakerphone to make a quick change from brand-name to generic for my son’s medication. Although I could literally see her through the glass, she would only “communicate” with me through the pharmacy tech. He would have to walk back-and-forth only to keep telling me that she refused to help me because “she’s busy” and would not speak with my doctor even though their phone system refused to take the doctor’s call on four different tries. It would have been such a quick simple fix and she refused to help. I am completely disgusted with this pharmacist, I wish I would’ve got her name. She was absolutely useless. Now I am having to go through the process of refilling this prescription at a completely different pharmacy."

"I would like to bring to your attention an incident I witnessed today, 3/2/24, between 130pm and 2pm, at the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 1410 N Redwood Rd, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045. While visiting the pharmacy, I observed an unsettling interaction between what I believe is a team lead or manager, Carrie, and a younger employee. During the pharmacy's lunchtime closure, the young employee kindly offered assistance in locating my lost prescriptions (after Carrie was yelling at employees and customers about the lunch closing time like she was a Drill Sergeant in the military). Instead of acknowledging this young employees kind effort, Carrie responded with aggression, raising her voice and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for both the young employee and myself. In fact, the young employee appeared visibly intimidated by Carrie's behavior and was holding back tears. It is evident that such an environment of fear and apprehension is detrimental to the morale and well-being of the employees. Upon attempting to intervene and address the situation with Carrie, I was met with further hostility, as she raised her voice at me and exhibited dismissive behavior towards my concerns (raised her arms at me and shouted “you just don’t know- she doesn’t listen!”). Her actions towards me as a customer were extremely inappropriate. I even reported this hostility to the Pharmacist on staff (Blue hoodie, black hair pulled back in a hair tie), and she told me “we have a strict closing time for lunch” and “don’t worry about it.” Firstly, when I witness injustice, I will, in fact, worry about it. Secondly, I couldn’t care less about a strict closing time, don’t yell at your employees. Be kind. It is disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct, especially from a managerial figure who should be exemplifying leadership and fostering a supportive work environment. Carrie's lack of empathy and inability to manage / lead her team with kindness and professionalism is concerning and warrants immediate attention. I urge the Pharmacy Manager / Store manager (who is hopefully not Carrie) to investigate this matter thoroughly. It is crucial for the well-being of both employees and customers that such incidents are addressed promptly to uphold the standards of professionalism and respect within your establishment. I hope that Walgreens will take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure a positive and respectful workplace environment at Walgreens Pharmacy. Moving forward, I will not be continuing as a customer to this Walgreens store."

"The staff here is amazing. I have had several good experiences filling my prescriptions here. Just barely they went out of their way to make sure my eye drops were ready before they closed so that I could have them for my LASIK appointment early the next day, before they would be open again. HUGE life saver!!"

"Please stop giving this company your time and money. It's truly incredible how bad this pharmacy is. I have never picked up a prescription without some kind of issue. There was a new "problem" every single time I went in without fail. By far the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Also, they quite literally never answer their phone so don't bother calling."

"I am only sharing this so that Wallgreens hopefully fixes it ASAP. When I fill my prescription I understand that they print the label whatever day they fill it (even if the insurance won't cover it yet). In the app it should tell me the day that it was actually picked up (not the day they filled it), so that I know when I can pick up my next refill! The app says "Your prescription is ready for pick-up", and with the limited information I have available to me, it looks like I can pick it up. So I go there and wait for 30 mins in line and they tell me "It's not able to be picked up for 3 more days..." It's super frustrating that everything looks good and says ready... but it's not! Please update the app to not say READY, until you're physically "able" to pick up the medication. It would help your customer experience big time!"
