When we picked her up she was happy and looked so cute and fluffy! Vanessa did a great job getting Kenzie used to the grooming process, we were very impressed. "When I dropped off my dog the lady seemed very stern and didn’t seem to really care about what cut I wanted for my dog. She also assumed my dog was matted and started to tell me she wouldn’t be able to do the cut because my dog was probably matted. I get that a lot of doodles do come in matted but I take care of my dogs coat and once she actually checked him she didn’t find any. Both of the employees I interacted with were not friendly. They even left a dog tied to the tub shaking in order to come check my dog in. The cut turned out fine but that’s just not the environment I want my dog to be in. I won’t be coming back.
