"Very prompt picking up and returning with excellent email communication about it. Everything was cleaned and folded perfectly. My only disappointment was that their website said I would get $20 off for being my first time. When I entered the Promo code it said the Promo was expired but it was right on their website. I sent a message asking about it with no response. I was charged the regular price. I am updating my review. I immediately received a text directly from the owner advising they have corrected the Promo code on their website and also completely made it right for me! Wonderful customer service as well as excellent cleaning! I will use them again and give 5 stars!!"
