"My realtor got a quote from another company who flaked, so he ended up using this company instead. It ended up being almost triple the cost. So I called to dispute the invoice and they said "we don't give quotes" what it is is what it is. I ended up paying him letting him know it is the last time I order anyone I know will use them. Ridiculous I didn't get a quote before they did the service. The realtor told them the cost of what we got quoted. No regard to it at all just went and did the job. Not happy with the horrible customer service."
