"If I could give a worse rating I would. They don’t respect your time at all. After confirming with a text, a call/voicemail, and email, I got cancelled on due to call outs. I was understanding so I rescheduled for another day and got cancelled on again for “family emergency” even after a text confirmation 15 minutes prior to them canceling again. I called frustrated and upset that I had been expecting them 2 days now and cancelled on due to their own incompetence. They said they would have their dispatch manager give me a call back to reschedule AGAIN for a few days later and no calls whatsoever. They do not respect your time, so they don’t deserve your money. Will never recommend anybody. In fact, will make sure to tell as many people as I can to NOT go here."

"I can't believe I'm actually writing a review, but this experience was just prolifically and almost comically awful. I originally booked them to come out and clean and seal my hardwood floors. Booking times were limited but we got a date. I made a note that if a Saturday becomes available I'd greatly prefer that. I get a text from them stating they have a slot open for a Saturday, absolutely wonderful. It pushes my appointment back some, but it's much easier to navigate logistically. We confirm the date and time, and we're off. The day before I move every bit of furniture off my floor. Saturday comes, and they don't. After waiting a few hours past the time frame I was given, I still haven't seen or heard from them at all. I call COIT directly asking why no one has come yet. The person on the phone says my appointment is for Monday - I protest and cite the texts from them saying my appointment is Saturday. They relent and admit the notes on my account show information for a Saturday appointment. At this point it's way too late in the day, and I have a function so I have to move all my furniture back. Shortly afterwards I get a call from the local franchise who was responsible for doing the work. After a long phone call, and hearing all about how basically everyone quit over the weekend, they offer a discount and I agree to give them another chance. They mention they will be paying the person who does the hardwood floors extra to get him out on Sunday. We set up an appointment for the following day at 9 AM. Much to my chagrin - I move all of my furniture off my floors, again. (This is not a simple task.) I also cancel a couple appointments I had for Sunday morning to make room. Lo and behold, Sunday morning rolls around. 9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM. Nothing. I call them directly 3 different times, leave a voicemail, send texts. No response. Finally I call COIT directly, to which they state my appointment is yet again for the Monday following. I have made it clear that day won't work multiple times, yet here we are again. After a sizable hold, I am connected to Buddy, the same person I spoke to the day previous (thanks for answering the calls, by the way.) Buddy insists the appointment was for Monday, I have to reiterate that "tomorrow" when it's a Saturday is in fact a Sunday. (Also not to mention the comments about having to pay the worker extra because it is a Sunday.) At this point I am livid, and the culmination of all experiences is just indicative of what's to come. Ultimately I pulled the plug on all work and will seek professional services elsewhere. I can sympathize with people quitting without notice to a degree, what I can't sympathize with is not showing up for an agreed upon time (especially when this is a second chance) without notice. Twice. I will now be moving all of my furniture back out, again. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. I'm sure when they do show up they may do good work, I couldn't comment on the efficacy or quality of their craft. I really wish I could."

"Coit came out a couple of weeks ago to clean the ducts in my new construction house. I opened a vent and saw this. I assumed everything was cleaned out but I guess not. I saw the guy clean this specific vent so there is no reason why there's still this much debris left in the ducting. He was an extremely nice person and I enjoyed chatting with him while he was here but I wish he had been more thorough."

"Overall, great service at a great price. Representative was extremely friendly. The tile cleaning (before/after photos included) wasn't as great as I thought it would be, but the grout is noticeably cleaner after the treatment. There were a couple of spots on the carpet that either weren't cleaned, or something was left from the treatment, but I'm still satisfied and I will call them again the next time I need professional carpet or tile cleaning done at my home."
