"WARNING: DON'T WAIT TOO LONG TO PICK UP 1 SHIRT, or they'll throw it away. I moved to Ogden and kept forgetting to pick up my shirt when returning. Friday, they unapologetically couldn't find it under my name. Wednesday I tried to pick up in town, but they didn't open til 10:00 am, so I took a short to Leone's in Sugar House (that was ready Friday.⭐⭐⭐). The uncaring dude yesterday said 30 days, you say 45, and the young girl says 60. Maybe we should get on the same page (and holidays aren't as "special" as we like). That was a 6 month old Mr. Mac shirt."

"Dennis and his staff are great! I had a sandy, dirty wedding dress and vail that were handled with such care. Dennis personally came and discussed everything they had to do to get it clean. Go see Dennis and his crew, you wont be disappointed!"

"I used this cleaners for a long period of time with mixed results. I mostly kept going because it was convenient and relatively inexpensive. I finally stopped when I realized I could do a better job of cleaning and pressing shirts at home than they seemed to be able to do on a regular basis. I took two tuxedo shirts in recently. I pointed out make-up stains on the collars and asked that they be removed. I also asked for heavy starch. When I got them back it appeared as though the make-up stains had been removed so I didn't check much further. When I got home and took the plastic off I realized that there's no way that there was heavy starch, or even any starch. The shirts were wrinkled. I also noticed that the subtle rings around the collar and cuffs hadn't been touched. I didn't feel the need to point those out when I dropped them off because I figured that's a very common thing and they should just do that on a regular basis. My mistake. I will be taking them back to be redone, and I'm sure they'll be better. They're always very nice, but it's still an inconvenience and I don't think I'll be using them any further. Update: I did take the shirts back to the cleaners. As expected, they were extremely accommodating. The owner personally spoke with me and apologized. He told me he would do the shirts himself. When I picked them up they were spotless, heavily starched as requested and well ironed. I am raising my rating by 1 star because of this experience. I can't go any higher simply because of the inconsistency."
