"Not good. First off the person at the front desk's broken English is almost impossible to understand. I've given them two tries, I could have done a better job pressing my shirts in 5 minutes. Both times I asked for light starch, both times it did not happen. The recent visit they didn't get an easy stain out, then told me I'd need to spend another $10 to dry clean the shirt to get the stain out. I went home and removed the stain myself with some Oxi clean then properly ironed my shirt. I've tried to support small local business but when they are like this but I'll just go back to Red Hanger since they get it right."
