"We have really enjoyed the pick up and delivery service with Red Hanger. Every Monday and Thursday i get a reminder that they will be coming the next day, and all I have to do is say yes, and put the bag out and the pick it up and deliver it with everything cleaned and pressed the way I like it. This is a wonderful service."
"They are very good dry cleaners, very prompt and do good work. They are not very well suited for minor repairs. I had a button resown, fell off the first time I wore it; so I had them replace both buttons on the sport coat, the other one fell off."
"I just dropped off one item, my Heli Hansen ski coat, and I’m not impressed by how it looked when I picked it up. There were parts of it that didn’t look like they’d been touched. I will say the jacket was done within 20 hours of my dropping it off, which was convenient. Also maybe make sure all your employees know how to use the computer system efficiently because a gentleman helped me when I picked my jacket up and he took 5 or so minutes to ring me up for one item that I could see hanging behind him."
