"I usually don't write reviews and even debated writing this one, but I'm not very impressed with this company. I used them because of the decent reviews and was a little wary of some negative ones. They showed up on time, and the tech was nice. After a quick inspection, he told us we needed to upgrade to the $600 cleaning and sanitizing because our vents and ducts were very dirty, which they were due to just finishing a complete remodel. The tech went to take the cold air returns off and didn't have a knife with him, so I lent him mine. Because we had just painted our home, removing the vents made it more difficult. I went outside to do yard work and left him to work. He ripped the paint and drywall off every cold air return he removed. It's like he didn't even use the knife to score the edge before he pulled it. At the end of the job, he said he would repair the vents and get paint, but we agreed that I would make the repairs and he would take $50 off the cleaning. After he left, I went to turn my furnace on, and it wasn't working. I went down to inspect the furnace and noticed they didn't even dust off the exterior vents of the furnace. He did clean the interior of the furnace, but it was very sloppy and had knocked several wires loose from the thermostat and burners. I had to watch a few youtube videos to get my furnace back operational. I also noticed that he had ran the vacuum into the corner of my wall and damaged that as well. The equipment they used blew dust all over our house, leaving a nice coat of speckled dust all over our house. I then started to look into several of the vents to find they still had some dust and debris in them. However, they are cleaner than they were to start with, it's not a good job. Overall, sloppy work and not professional equipment. Buyer beware."
