"My hairstylist was okay. At first she was very nice but afterwards once I told her to adjust my hair and informed her how i would like it a bit more short and more added layers she did not like that. I felt like her attitude had changed. She kept tugging and forcefully pulling my hair.. I kept making gestures that she was HURTING me but she did not stop. She kept stepping on my toes, hitting her huge round brush on my shoulders and kept trying to sell me products. I understand she was trying to make a sale but I kept Informing her I was not interested. Maybe she doesn't understand good customer service? The only reason I'm giving the whole experience a 2 is because they took me in as a walk- in customer and the other girls where very nice, the receptionist and the other girls working there. To bad my stylist couldn't take constructive criticism. Bad haircut you can't ever tell I got anything done. I asked for many layers and she only gave me a few, the hair wash was so fast and the water was more cold than warm. The whole experience was very bad and I will not be returning I guess thats what happens when your a walk in customer."
