When one of the ladies was ringing up her customer a gentleman walked in that she knew who did have an appointment. His words were I just swung in to see if I could get in. She immediately took him back and bypassed me. So I got up and just left . Customer service at its finest. Will not be going back."

"Usually this place does just fine with what I need, but I’ve found that they’ve cut back on standards a little. Some are incapable of listening to directions, and even cut very inconsistent. Maybe more training needs to be done, because my last 3-4 times have not been nice. But I give it 4 stars because they were good in the past!"

"So yeah. Speaks for itself. Prior to this I had an amazing experience, best style I’ve had and really couldn’t have asked for better. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was pretty bad… I asked to keep the same style but have it shortened in different areas to make it look cleaner and out of my eyes for I’m going to a semi formal winter ball tomorrow.. She was really nice. I just don’t understand how it was cut so uneven… she was pretty quick about cutting it especially at first, and buzzed so much of the sides. My hair now is so short on the sides and sticks straight outwards and is flat on the top. My hair is completely uneven with random strands, especially in the front. It looks like it wasn’t styled at all. I cant bring my hair to a middle part either, and my hair was buzzed almost to the top of my head making a square shape on both sides. I don’t have any layering on the sides and also specifically in the back anymore that makes for the style I had before. In the back I also noticed it almost looks like a chunk of my hair was cut off because there’s a gap? I could tell she tried to cover it up with quite a bit of hair cream to make it look better. My scalp also hurts, like it literally hurts when I put my fingers through my hair from razor burn so I’ve put a beanie on. I’m not sure how to fix this and if growing it out might help."
