"Beware their marketing department! Dear Ideal Imagine, You called me on Monday evening. You called me Tuesday afternoon. You also emailed me Tuesday afternoon (just 3 minutes after calling.) Then you called me tonight. You also left me a voicemail tonight. You further sent me a text message immediately afterward making tonight's call and leaving tonight's voicemail. I never asked to be contacted at all. Your website is set up in such a way that a casual browser cannot access any information about your services without providing their name, phone number, and email address, and in so doing, I know I opened myself up for your marketing attempt, but seriously? This is absolutely bonkers! You've been warned!"

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND IDEAL IMAGE. Not only does the laser hair removal not work but this dishonest place will have you pay for your services and will not provide the services you paid to receive. Instead they will try to force you to illegally wear a mask and deny you service if you don't. Save your money. *Update* I called the and spoke to the manager of Ideal Image where she focused on the fact that she was not employed by Ideal Image at the time when they denied my service due to illgal mask requirements. She offered me nothing to try to fix the problem. Her only resolve was to remind me of what I had already paid to receive with my account "unlimited touch ups"."
