"I always call ahead and make an appointment. They tell me when we need to be there,then when we get there they are not ready at all. My daughter and I had to wait 30 min after our appointment at 2 for them to start on her nails. Then they took another 2 1/2 to finish. We came for fill and they kept changing people to do my daughter’s nails. I understand they are busy but need to stick with their appointments. I used to like this place until they started taking walk ins and forget about their appointments."
