"This establishment uses a website to make appointments VERY organized and very efficient. You get an email as soon as you make the appointment to say that the owner is "reviewing" your appointment to later send you another email telling you if she has space at the time, day and with the person you want to be attended to. The same website also sends you a message before the appointment to remind you that your appointment will be soon. I made an appointment at this beauty salon 3 times and all 3 times the owner accepted my appointment as I needed it. The first time I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and she asked me if I could leave and come back in 1 or 2 hours later because she was going out. I told her that I couldn't because I plan my day off and I had more appointments after that.. she told me that was ok, that another person (not the one I made the appointment with and with who I wanted to be attended by) was going to see me. The second appointment and the third one, she text me 30 minutes before my appointment, asking me if I could go 3 hours later than I had planned my appointment (already having accepted my appointment days before). When she ask me the third time I decided to cancel and go to another place where they respect my time as a client. I don't recommend this place ONLY because it is disorganized and they don’t respect the customer’s time. Having all the tools (like their excellent website) to be more organized."
