"Was not a fan of this place at all. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. After being seated I soecified I wanted french tip woth acrylic on my big toes. All I recieved from my pedicure was a quick dip in the cold water, a scrub on my feet that hurt badly, and a quick trim and file. I did not recieve any oarrafin wax, scrub on my legs, nor lotion. The lady Nina seemed to be in such a rush and wouldnt listen to me. When it cane to getting my manicure evrything seemed to be alright until she started painting my nails for french tip. I told her I wanted the white as thin as possible and she insisted it would be easier for her to file the nail after applying the polish. My nails were already short when I came in, and are barely even there now. After paying over $100 for nails, its safe to say I will never be back to the salon, this was proably one of the worst nail services I have ever recieved."

"I get my nails done always. So I know what to expect. The service was great! But my nails not so much. It was a pretty painful experience when it should have been relaxing. The entire time the person was on the phone texting back and fourth instead focusing on his client which was very unprofessional. My cuticles were cut on every finger and I was bleeding the entire time I was there getting my nails done. Then alcohol spray was sprayed on them which made it hurt even more. I called today to request a refund for the service I paid because I shouldn’t pay for something that’s causing me pain and I’ve been in pain ever since. The person who did my nails was pretty rude over the phone and wouldn’t understand where I was coming from. Wanting me to go back in as if that’ll fix the problem. I just wanted my money back. He refused and was rude. As a business it’s definitely not a way to treat your customers. I’m a business owner myself and would never treat a customer this way. Seems as if you are worried way more about your money then making your customer happy."

"I love coming here to get my nails done. I’ve been getting acrylic nails done with Nina for over a year and she’s absolutely amazing! She always does my nails exactly how I want them no matter how long it takes! She’s the reason I always keep coming back! This salon is always so nice and quick to help anyone who comes in! They are always super sweet when my daughter comes to get her nails done as well! I no longer live in West JOrdan but still make the drive to come here!"
