Hollywood eyebrow threading

"I had an incredible experience at this eyebrow threading salon! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The threading artist was highly skilled and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my brows. I appreciated how precise and gentle the threading process was no irritation or discomfort."

"Took my mom to get her brows done here and the woman did a horrible job. She took all of 3 minutes… she painfully did my mom’s brows and not only rushed it, but left her brows uneven, took the entire tail end of one brow, at the end she didn’t offer the aloe Vera nor a mirror. Worst experience ever! It seemed like she wanted to just get the job done so she could watch her shows. Easy to see why my mom was the only customer there."

"This may be a special case but seriously I’m genuinely traumatized. I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded at this location on countless occasions. I’ve spent plenty of money there and trust the employees most the time. TODAY WAS DIFFERENT. I have a piercing on the bridge of my nose underneath my eyebrow. I’ll include photos below. During my thread THE STRING CAUGHT THE JEWELRY like genuinely from pure carelessness on the threaders part AND RIPPED A GASH INTO MY NOSE BRIDGE!? Leaving my jewelry crooked and bleeding down my nose. I NEARLY THREW UP FROM HOW GUT WRENCHING THAT WAS. I literally screamed and she still insisted I sit back and finish’s the service WHILE BLOOD POURS DOWN MY FACE?! Idk if it’s my fault for not discussing before but I feel like she should have been more considerate and gone slower to not damage my face. NOW I WILL PROBABLY HAVE PERMANENT DAMAGE ON MY FACE! As I am still bleeding and my eyebrows got done 8 hours ago. The eyebrows were great but I left shaking and crying from pure shock. THE LADY WAS NOT EVEN THAT APOLOGETIC. She just ripped the metal bar I have in my face and she’s just like “sorry sorry” so instead of feeling good after my service I’m an absolute wreck with blood streaming down my face from the damage they did?! My nose is seriously still swollen. I’m genuinely and seriously so sickened by this experience."

"I liked the work they did here last time though I had to advise a touch up spot... However today I showed up when they were scheduled to open at 10- no one. I waited a while and still no one. I went next door to the nail salon that also does eyebrow waxing. They did a good job even though I paid double. It's 15 after and they're still not open."

"I loved the experience. Punam is sweet and very easy going with the thread. I mean, it’s a place of pain but she is able to do it without hurting too much. Also, have never been disappointed with her service."
