"Every time I come in for my son the prices seem to go up every time. They basically charge barbershop prices & don't even come close to doing that good of a job ( as far as edging & fades go) & expect a tip? I only came here cause the prices used to be decent for a kid cut. My son just gets a classic cut but lately the last few times, they are always rushing through it to get to the next person. The last time I went I had to tell the girl to fix it AFTER she removed the cape off my son because she didn't bother asking me if it looked okay . They always leave so much hair all over him like it's hard to use a blow dryer or a neck duster. Never again."

"The stylist is very unprofessional. The back of my hair is uneven and she didn’t offer me to check the back of my hair but just by simply asking anything else? They will let you walk out of the saloon with your hair wet. The whole service lasted 10min. Just an awful experience. I would never come back."

"The stylist was too set on expaining rather than listening. I showed the stylist a picture and explained what I wanted and was promptly informed that it would not work. I tried talking it through and explaining what and why I wanted it differently and rather than listening the stylist was stuck on informing me on how to train my hair, etc. I've had my hair cut similarly before and expected to explain and compromise but I was spoken to as if I've no idea what I was talking about. I figured I'd give her a chance to show me what she meant and that she would discuss it further with me once it was time for the details but nope. I didn't want or need anything high maintenance and I did not want my hair chopped so short. I walked out with a haircut that looks great but is higher maintenance than I wanted and definitely not anything like the photo I provided."

"This was my first time at this location and it will be my last! I went there for just a simple fade and received one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. I don’t remember the stylist’s name, but she was a heavy-set woman working the morning shift on July 2nd. I asked her not to go very high and she used the shortest clip at the top right away. I honestly would have been ok with that if she had made it even."
