"They SCARRED me. Update: They claim I had a scar from the tattoo. Not true! A few days after the tattoo removal procedure the area on my hand where the procedure was done bubbled up to a huge blister, which ended up leaving a scar."

"I have been a customer for years. It started as a Groupon and then continued from there. I moved a few hours away and still make time to go to them for treatments. I've dealt with unwanted hair for years and the lasers here works better then any other place. I've come to learn that laser hair removal is not permanent. If you expect it to be you'll be disappointed. It makes the hair grow at a slower rate. And when I say this one is better I mean I dont have to shave as frequently in-between treatments. They have always treated me kindly and let's be honest it's embarrassing to have certain places lasered. Sharon was extremely nice and helpful my last time in. I would definitely recommend Flawless Laser Spa."
"Perfect location. Parking right out the front door. Friendly staff. Great results! I bought a package deal for laser hair removal and always reschedule before I leave. I’ve never had an issue with scheduling or timeliness. Sometimes it’s difficult to get through the phones because they’re with clients. They’re upfront with their cancellation and no show policy. It’s real. I witnessed it first hand from the client before me. Be a good client, and they’ll do their part."
