"This place is a scam. We have bought 3 other mattresses from here and have been happy. I ordered one of the same mattresses that I bought before and when we got home and unwrapped it, realized it’s a total downgrade from the previous one. I called to let them know and sent pictures. They said they don’t see the difference, which there clearly was. I also found out they overcharged us for this terrible mattress. They refuse to give me the mattress I paid for and have previously purchased. The place smells of cigarette smoke and that can’t be good for the mattress material. I am so sad I ever recommended this place and it’s sad how they treat their returning customers."
