"Woke up 745am and our heater stopped working. Called markl and sons they came out immediately. Soon as they arrived our power went out. We sat without all day without power. Finally got power at like 430 call markl and sons. They came back out immediately 20 minutes before closing. Turns out our motor blew etc . He had to go get one. All this now being after hours. While gone we lost power again. He comes back and still hooks it all up and wasn't leaving until he knew it would work. Power finally came back on about 8 and we have heat and power. Thanks so much to the guys for being so dedicated to serving their clients as family and priorities. Best around."
"Great service, great staff. I have to give only 2 stars. Their yearly service agreement is once in the spring and once in the fall to keep you going and no service call charge. However, should you need service outside the agreement, then they will charge you! Been with them for awhile now, but it's time to start looking elsewhere!"
"They are awesome! I Called at 9:30am and they showed up by 2:00pm and worked me in. They added freon and the young man was so friendly and prompt and he also sprayed a wasp nest on my front porch within 5 min no more wasps! Excellent service and highly recommend them"
"These guys came in and had my house done and cooled off after replacing our entire unit inside and out before we got home from work. And at a price that was far better than anyone else in Grayson County. They did amazing work and were so nice!"
"Initially I had these guys out to get a second opinion/estimate after a not so great experience with another company - everything was explained to me in greater detail, I got my estimate back four times faster, overall my experience was just leaps and bounds better - so I had them replace my entire system. Everything was smooth from start to finish, they got it all done in a day, my final cost was exactly what my estimate was, I've had absolutely zero issues since - I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services."
