"I've worked with Kenny at Sears repair a few times and he can be counted on to blame me for whatever issue he's fixing - in the past he blamed me that my dishwasher wasn't cleaning well (needed cleaning arms replaced) because I must not be rinsing my dishes well enough first and this last time, my dishwasher gasket is coming loose on the left because I must be pulling it out to the left. I pay a lot to ensure I have the longest extended warranties on my appliances. I consider it much preferred to get these repaired than replaced - but I don't want to be hassled or blamed when I have to use those warranties. The dishwasher is getting old, stuff wears out or breaks over time, let's just keep it short, sweet and professional. No blame commentary please."

"This company sets your appointment window all day DURING your work hours and has a false claim that they offer flexible scheduling on their website. Who reasonably sets a window of 7am to 6pm? For us, it would need to be 3-6, to be practical. You call to speak with someone to address the matter and only get a voice system that falsely confirms appointments through an inadequate automated system. Obviously, I wasn't trying to confirm when I gave no response ( not 1 or 2) because the arrival window doesn't work. Sears can still fix this. I can't. They don't actually answer the phone around 5:30."

"This has been a very frustrating experience. We had 2 different repair techs. They were nice, prompt, and helpful. However the 1st tech spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help another tech. The 2nd tech had to call about a billing question. However, I don’t believe that was his fault. It was a problem from the 1st tech. The part was on back order for 2 weeks. Everytime I tried calling to speak to a customer service representative, I could not get through no matter what option I chose. It was very upsetting. The techs did their job but overall I wasn’t not impressed at all with Sears Home Repair!"

"Went online Sunday night & was able to get appointment for Monday. I received confirmation & picture of tech. Tech called Monday morning & advised approx time he would arrive. I was able to track his progress & how many appointments were ahead of me! I love Sears service! I will never call any other company for appliance repair again! Thank you Rick!!"

"Troy has been the best technician that we have ever had. He listened to what I said was wrong. Brought all needed parts. He communicated thoroughly of when he would arrive. He had the oven part replaced and working within 20 min of arriving. I’m so pleased. If I have another problem on any of my appliances I hope I draw the lucky straw again and get him. Thanks Troy!!!"
