"We went on a Tuesday morning and there was hardly anyone on the lake but us. It’s smaller that some of the others lake in Utah, but it wasn’t very windy so the water wasn’t very choppy. We had a great time on this lake!"
"Stopped to get new annual state parks pass. Looks like they have new camping tents and cabins available. Lake is full, so water activities will be awesome!"
"Really nice spot. Came mid June 2020. There's goose poop all over the sidewalk down by the beach and all over the lawn near the beach. Not the state parks fault though, there's geese EVERYWHERE (at least when we went). We stayed in a yurt and absolutely loved it! Rented a canoe for two hours and had a blast. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Nice, clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. If you stay in a yurt you even get your own parking spot! We stayed in Hogshead. Really nice stay! We came up thru Morgan but drove home thru immigration canyon. Awesome mountain drive!"
"One of the best places I’ve ever been for water sports and relaxing. The marina is very adequate for your fishing and boating needs. You can rent boats, jet skis, canoes, and yurts. The yurt prices are very reasonable and they have personal fire pits. I will frequent this area until the season ends."
