"I need a rare type of alcohol and have been calling around and visiting various liquor stores all over Tulsa with no luck. so while in Tulsa hills I figured I’d check the stores over here so I called the wine cellar with no luck. no big deal they could have been with a customer so I decided I would just run by there and see if they had it. well it’s Thursday night and they close at 9 and right as I’m walking up to the door one of two guys working there sees me and locks the door (that kind of makes it sound like he saw me and lock the door but I’m pretty sure he was already on his way to lock the door, but just so happened to see me) as I’m maybe 5 feet from the door at this time, which whatever, it’s no big deal, personally I hate turn away customers but that’s 100% there right to close a couple Minutes early (my phone said 8:58) but what annoyed me is I got to the door before I could even ask, the guys are saying, they are already closed, which again 100% they’re right for all I know they already closed the registers out and couldn’t take another purchase… BUT At this point I just need to know if they even sell what I’m looking for and so I just Say that I just have a question to ask them however, they both just shake their head saying that they’re closed But like I said, I wasn’t trying to get in the store so I reminded them that by saying I don’t need in the store. I just have a question if you carry ________. they still stood there, shaking their heads saying that they’re closed now I know that they could hear me because I could clearly hear them saying that they’re closed. so at this point I’m just standing there for maybe a solid 45 seconds just dumbfounded looking at them while they’re looking at me, just refusing to answer a simple question until I finally realize that they’re really about that life so I just said have a great night and walked off. So again, just to summarize two separate employees standing 5 feet away from me refused to answer a simple question on whether they had something in stock or no just because it was right before the time they were scheduled to close… crazy since it’s all could’ve been avoided, if one of the two workers would’ve just picked up the phone and answered the question for me 30 minutes before that…"

"Really friendly staff. I was looking for some one off whiskeys that they didn’t sell. Come to find out they can look up and special order things for you. Then call you when they come in. You can also order online for pickup."

"Sent husband to get special Italian Moscato, saw online that they carried it. But, It was hard to find the bottles in the store. Owner, I’m guessing, was apologetic and helpful in helping solve the mystery of the ‘misplaced bottles’ and I was happy I did not have to place an order. All well and ends well…"
