"Nice easy hike to see a couple pools of water coming from the rock face. Definitely worth the trip if in Zion."

"I think this is a beautiful hike, but some of the information is misleading. There are actually some very difficult areas with stairs and often times mud. If you are strong and sure footed I bet this is a 5 stars for your rating, however if you have older people in your group that aren't that sure footed you might be turning around mid trail. There are many areas of congestion on a busy weekend with everyone going both ways going through a narrow slot between massive rocks. There are several areas that are just a dirt (often muddy) path on the edge of a drop, or wet natural stone stairs - so plan accordingly. There were several times when we were in a massive line of people because many people thought this was an 'easy' hike and it wasn't. Great views and beautiful water, but many people mislead and turning back."

"The hike was nice and there were amazing views. I did the lower and middle pool trails. Narrow paths and staircases probably get very crowded when the park is busy. Need to use the shuttle to get to this hike when the road is closed to thru traffic"

"Enjoy the hike and trail but don't have high expectations from the pools. Pools were more of a puddle than pool. We only visited lower and middle emerald pools. The trail is really fun and offers stunning views . The trail is a combination of dirt, paved and stairs. There's actually quite a lot of stairs. Lower and Middle emerald pools are close to each other and can be easily completed. The upper emerald pool is 0.3 miles from the middle emerald pool. Due to the heat, the pool was dried and someone on their way back showed us the picture of the upper pool and we decided not to go. The trail is accessible from lodge but they closed the bridge for work and we had to access it from the Grotto. IG: journey_man16"
