Kum & Go

"I went in to the store and walked directly up to the counter, as I was purchasing nicotine products. I greeted the two cashiers, and received no response. Only stares. I addressed the cashier that was working the register and asked if I could please have a quantity of (3) of the product that I was purchasing. She flatly said "no," followed by a long pause. Shortly after, her and the other employee standing next to her burst into loud laughter. They were talking to one another extremely loudly (essentially yelling at this point) and laughing while the one employee went to get the product. She rang them up, then proceeded to loudly exclaim how cheap they were and wondering if something was wrong with the system. The deal being offered was clearly displayed above the product. They were talking and laughing extremely loudly throughout this entire interaction. The price was displayed on the console, and I paid and left. After my first two attempts to engage the employees and be polite during the transaction, I was no longer attempting to interact with them at all. Throughout the entire interaction, the only time that any Kum & Go employee acknowledged my presence or actually interacted with me at all is when the employee said "no." They never made eye contact or treated me like a human being at all. I left this encounter discouraged, as I would be shocked if even an average stranger treated me with this level of rudeness, much less employees working at their establishment."

"Walked Into the store fifteen min ago, the employee was very rude. I went in to buy a lottery ticket, I wasn't aware that Oklahoma put a "stop" to the paper option... But she made sure to let me know, with the nastiest tone she could muster.... Seriously, be nicer. I didn't do anything to you."

"My favorite store! I go there daily. The employees are the best! Friendly and helpful! The girl that works in the mornings is the best! I was standing behind a lady that spilled a whole koolee and the girl working said don't worry about it She cleaned it all up with a smile on her face. She's the best!"

"I love their scattered array of the breakfast foods, and I go there almost every morning. However, this morning, whomever the girl was as a cashier was literally the snottiest, rudest person I have ever seen there. Condescending when she speaks with customers, talked to me like I was stupid, acted superior to every person that was there when I was. I will tell you this, I see her behind the counter when I walk in, I will turn around and walk out. There was not a reason for her to be acting the way she was to customers and it makes me sick. Sorry, Kum & go, but if she is there, you will not get my business."

"I normally wouldn’t leave a review but there was an awesome employee named Chas who constantly went above to make each customer feel welcome. It’s such a rare thing & I was grateful to meet the young lady! She made my day brighter when I would stop in after work. She no longer works there so I will no longer do business there. It’s amazing how they treat such a loyal employee. Quick Trip here I come!!"
