"Would give less if I could. I went in not too long ago and the assistants as well as the front desk employees were amazing. However the dentist not so much unfortunately. When my Dentist walked in he spent less than three minutes with me and said in his own words “whoever put the bottom retainer on you DESTROYED your bottom row of teeth and now you’ll need braces again” then continued to emphasize how bad it was. You could believe my shock when I realized my Dentist had not read any information I sent in before coming that day. If he had read the information, he would have known that his practice put the retainer. It was very odd because he kept talking about how bad it was (my bottom row of teeth) and when I brought up that I got it done there he said “oh ya my dad liked to do that towards the end”. No responsibility was taken it seemed like it was a joke to him, and I could see with his assistant, the embarrassment in her eyes as well of the situation because she read the notes. Needless to say, I was feeling a bit weary of going back, so I called and canceled my future appointments. The employees are very professional, and amazing. I would go there for them, but the actual Dentist not so much. My family had gone here for years so I was extremely surprised and disappointed that the care I got was absolute garbage. If your dentist cannot tell you whether fixing one tooth is cosmetic or for structural purposes, then find yourself another Dentist because that is someone searching for a cash cow."

"I have been to many dentists. Several in Utah Valley. I searched for someone who would understand my health troubles and how it affects my teeth. Dr. Keith and staff are amazing! I've been going for a few years now and have had several procedures. I don't have insurance and they are very reasonable and willing to work out a plan so I can have teeth. My elderly father is also a patient. He is always pleased with the care he receives. And he is difficult to please. Thanks Dodge Family Dental!"

"I was very disappointed for the service I received today. Two years ago I did a Post Comp Surface on my top front 6 teeth (whitening your teeth). I was really happy with their work. However the whiteness didn't last long. I don't consider myself a picky person, but I wanted my teeth to be whiter. I came back willing to pay for the second time. Paying over $800. They told me my teeth couldn't be whiter (even tho my bottom teeth are way whiter).They said that my natural color was this way because my natural teeth were contaminated by water while growing up; even though, my bottom teeth are white! They had turned them white before! Why couldn't it be done this time? Specially on teeth that they had already worked on! I was impressed that the reason why their job wasn't white enough was not because of my "disease". I did paid the $800 to get them redone. However they literally just cleaned them and polish them and said that was done. It literally took them 25 minutes. I don't think they did anything of what I asked for. My teeth do not feel soft as before (or how they should feel). They do not look whiter either, obviously, because it is ''not possible'' even though all of their perfect teeth are white, and they had done this job on me before. All of this is already terrible service, not to mention that I wasn't feeling welcomed from anyone of the staff there; except the main receptionist. I will cancel my next appointments with them. I am NOT planning on coming back for a very expensive service with zero results and terrible customer service."

"Dodge Family Dentistry has been the only dental care for me, my family, and extended family for probably 20 years. They are so caring and remember things that you talked about at your last dental appointment and ask you how everything is going with that. They even ask how extended family members are and what they've been up to. They are also the most efficient and effective dental care practice I've ever been to in my entire life! I recommend them to everyone that is looking for a "good" dentist. The office staff, hygienists, dental assistants, and dentist aren't just "good" they are absolutely AMAZING!!!"

"My experience with Dodge Family Dentistry has been excellent! From the moment that I walked in the door the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and kind. As they did my cleaning they were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing me instructions on how I can improve my oral health. They were also very open about what they were finding from the x-rays and showed me specific areas they found problems with. Dr Dodge was very friendly and helped resolve a problem that I was having with multiple teeth. The work that he did has been great and resolved all my problems.
