Double Take Dental

"This dentist.......................................... where to start..... I came in (3 times) to get ONE crown seated... each time the dentist could not fit it on my tooth and kept blaming the lab that made the crown! He drilled the crown to make it fit over and over .... the third appointment he finally got the crown on.... only after drilling a big hole right through it without telling me about it!!! About 3 months later the crown fell off! This office has not answered any of my calls or messages! I drove over and they appear to be out of business! Worst dentist in the world!"

"Only giving this place 2 stars because the receptionist was friendly. Dentist was with me maybe 10 minutes. I told him more than once I was in pain with what he was doing and he continued roughly with my teeth. I have had gum tests done for years, but none done so roughly that I was crying. The hygienist was nice, but she seemed newer and did not appear to have treated braces before. Overall everyone appeared disinterested and just wanted me out. Go somewhere else if you can. Edit: giving this a one star now for the response from the owner. For the record, my gums were not infected and he said my teeth looked good at the time of treatment."

"I appreciate this dental office! It was my first time and I had a great experience. The inside of the building is really nice. (Ya know, aesthetics matter!) They got me in for an appointment quickly! I was surprised. Everyone from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist were all great to work with. Dentist is a super personable guy and makes you feel comfortable. I also appreciate that my hygienist provided me with a dental plan. The receptionist was great with letting me know about pricing and going over that info with me. I’d recommend them. :)"

"It’s been years since I’ve gone to the dentist and when I found this one I was nervous because I was so use to my regular dentist back home. Right away I called and tried to make an appointment and to my surprise it was fairly quick. (Meaning I didn’t have to wait weeks on end) The staff are very friendly and have a wide range of amenities for you as you wait. They have a a little children area with toys and a tv and also free little snacks for them as well and you as you wait. As you get seated in their chairs for your appointment they have a tv on the ceiling so you can watch a Netflix show of your choosing. Over, all this a great place to go too and try."

"The hygienist was very careful to make sure I wasn’t in pain during my cleaning since I have sensitive gums, and the dentist is honest and personable. Super glad to have found this place. Highly recommend it."
