"Super quick service! The staff, namely Jared, were super kind and respectful. I was in and out for an evaluation, and felt very cared about. Future appointments were discussed and laid out clearly. Very helpful!"

"Dr. Gervasi and his assistant Tia were awesome in my treatment for wisdom tooth extraction. It was literally 10 seconds and the tooth was gone. I was super nervous at first, but both were able to calm me and reassured me that I will feel nothing, and it will be fast. They are really the best. God bless them."

"One of the nicest and friendliest places I have been in. I had root canal and crown that was scheduled a week out and I was in so much pain but they were able to get me in the next day and got all done that same day. I am beyond happy with the work they done and would recommend to anyone. They also work with you on payment."

"Why a rock and an ice-skate are a better option. **First visit 12/19/23:** Fitted for a crown and received a very rough and annoying temporary that wasn't in line with my other teeth. I asked if the permanent one would be like that and was told no by an assistant; the dentist had left the office. It was also the first time I've ever screamed in pain at a dentist. **Second visit 1/4/24:** Asked for nitrous oxide again; was told they just needed to pop off the temp and glue the other one down. I asked several times, and finally, the dentist was fetched and told me I didn't need it. The crown didn't fit, and I received another temporary; it was very uncomfortable, and I would have liked the gas. The permanent didn't fit due to an excess of buildup being added to the tooth on the previous visit (I can't help but wonder if a dentist had still been in the office when this was being done if it would have occurred). On another note, I did overhear the location of the gas being inquired about after I was done; apparently, its location was unknown when I inquired about it. **Third visit 1/16/24:** I was 20 minutes late, and they were very nice about it. The permanent crown was dropped on the floor (they thoroughly cleaned it) and broke in half when I was told to bite down. I did not receive a temporary on this visit and was told they were putting a rush on it, then scheduled another appointment for two weeks out. The dentist did say I would receive a call as soon as it arrived; that never happened. **Fourth and final visit 1/30/24:** I now have a permanent crown several mm out of line with the surrounding teeth (I had asked about the alignment on my first visit and was told the permanent would not be like that). I did communicate this to the very nice dental assistant; she understood and fetched the dentist. He proceeded to tell me something along the lines of my tooth being crooked before and I should remember. When he handed me the mirror, it looked nearly as bad as it felt. He mentioned something about shaving it down. (At this point, I decided that if he wasn't going to fix it, I wouldn't let him glue it in and would go to a modern dentist that will put on a crown in a single visit.) Upon his return to the room, he proceeded to glue it in without another word. I thought he had shaved it down; unfortunately, that's not the case. I wouldn't even be taking the time to leave this factual review, except that I was badgered at the end of my first visit appointment to leave a five-star review. I'm unable to leave the widely inaccurate review of five stars in good conscience."
