"Take your money and business elsewhere and save yourself the headache. We rented a small storage unit to store Christmas decor, home decor, and baby items while we were moving and ended up having to throw every single thing out due to rat poop and pee all over everything. The first time we complained about it all we were told was “we will put more traps out” which clearly did nothing. Wasn't worth trying to fight the company to “make things right” after being accused of having food in our storage unit when we did not. Writing a review in hopes help save someone’s items before they are covered in rat poop and pee too."

I would definitely recommended them to my own friends and family. The total price compared to other facilities is far less than any other places around and the facility is much newer and nicer.
