"Everything is usually A+ but today 8/18 bought a large coffee by the time i got to Pottsboro it had leaked out on me the noticed it leaked out completely all over the floor board took it back and ask if they had any complaints and the the clerk at the time was rude about it but as i looked at the large cups the one i seen was not properly sealed on the bottom the whole sleeve must be defective didn't ask for anything in returned just bringing it to the stores attention"

"I am beyond livid with the Denison store! Sent my son 60 Dollars so he could get some essentials with the rolling blackouts the power went out while atm was dispensing money and the lady told them that she would call them once power was back on. They called this morning and were told they would have to wait a few days so she could review the report though he can show the transaction from bank statement the money was taken from their account. Not acceptable! If the money is not replaced I will push for further investigation!"
