Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

"Please improve customer service and tone. As a former fast food employee I understand how hard the job can be sometimes, but that doesn't excuse situational apathy. The abrupt rudeness I experienced here put a sour taste in my mouth."

"1/8/24, 5:25 PM: Moved close to this Braum's 5 years ago. This has never been a good store but it has consistently gone down since then. I haven't bought anything from the kitchen since before the pandemic because of how dirty it has always been. It has finally hit bottom. The high point of the visit to Braum's was the dried out luke warm hamburger patties. Only 1 person on duty out front for the ice cream counter, the food order/cashier, & no cashier at market counter. Products not being rotated in the market. The clerk that took my order left the front to go on break/bathroom which left nobody in the retail area. Store was messy/exceeding dirty! The condiment counter was empty - no napkins, salt or pepper, ketchup, etc. I finally got the attention of one of the employees at the drive-thru window & asked for the manager. He told me that the "manager on duty" was not there. I believe it. From everything I witnessed, there is not a competent manager in this Braum's. Corporate Braum's need to "CLEAN HOUSE" at this location or CLOSE IT DOWN. Store #166 is an embarrassment! PS: After writing this review, I checked out other reviews. All of the "likes" for the past year have been for the negative reviews & virtually none for the positive reviews. That tell you all you need to know."

"The cheese burger I ordered was ok (My wife really enjoyed her bacon cheese burger, though). The French fries were dropped in a salt bag (or so it seemed.). But the true redeeming feature of our order was the strawberry shake! (That alone deserves 5 stars on its own.) It was so creamy and flavorful that I wish I had ordered a large! Never go to an ice cream joint to order a burger... get the ICE CREAM! (Lesson learned!)"

"This was our first time going to any Braum's and we were looking forward to it. There was only one customer in the restaurant and 5-6 employees. After ordering, we went to fill our beverage cups and get condiments. The area for this was dirty. We got a table and the walls and seats were also dirty. It took 18 minutes to get our food once the ticket had printed, which seems like a long time for a "fast food" restaurant when we were the only ones ordering. The hamburgers were okay, but not exactly hot. The fries were hot and they were really good. I used the bathroom before leaving and it was dirty, too. Overall, this wasn't a good experience."

"We moved along 71st in 2016. We visited this store often. Every single time our order was wrong. We rarely went in. One time my wife had pulled up to get her order and the 2 managers were being told by someone that they shouldn't scheduled breaks at the same time. We moved at the beginning off 2020. Tonight (12-28-21) we were in the area and a hamburger and a sunday sounded good. we were so greatly disappointed. Nothing had changed! This time we decided to go in an order and pick out our sunday. We ordered got our drinks and then we went to the restrooms. We received our orders and they were wrong, twice. We decided to leave rather than order ice cream. This store is not managed as to corporate standards. Management has not trained their employees. I have attached a few pics. Some are of the men's room and the dining room."
