"I had an unpleasant experience with Central Plaza 2 years ago. Despite my persistent efforts for four months, they only returned a portion of my deposit. The property manager's conduct was appalling during my visit to reclaim my deposit. When I inquired further about the deposit, she intimidated me, insisting that I leave the property immediately. Moreover, this location is unsuitable for university students seeking a safe living environment."

"literally the worst place to live. it may be cheap compared to other places, but you pay for it in other ways. there was the constant smell of marajuana on our floor that no one ever took care of or enforced rules on, we would put in requests for maintenance that never really got taken care of until we went down to the desk to go bother someone in person, not letting people know before hand that the washer and dryers are broken when people need to use them, and the water almost never got hot. i cannot express how much you should not live here! run while you can!!"

"This place is great and affordable. Every amenities are taken care of. It has great advantages for its location where you have everything you need near. The management is great and patient with us. They tried their best to respond to every problem we might encounter. Rose, one of the manager, is especially nice with us residents and let us feel like home. Nasir, another person of the management, will always take care of what you need and ask your opinions regarding how you can improve this place. I have been staying in this place for at least 3 years and I can say with certainty that this is one of the best place to live."

"We were charged $10-$15 more than the booking price - almost a week after the fact. The rooms are more a dorm environment because that has been what their primary function was in the past. One room was GREAT and clean and the one next to it (we rented 2) Had no towels or amenities and a single bed (we booked both with 2 queens) Neither room was cleaned or beds made etc - they have no maid service if you are staying over one night AND then they have the gall to charge an additional $20 "cleaning fee" per room - All of which shows up on your card later - you get no invoice or total at check out. This was brought to the attention of the manager who said she'd fix it but the owners will not even try to make amends after several contacts."
