"Lived here for 9 years first it was great but it just got worse with so many water leaks from bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms. Mold all in the living room walls, countless mice, roaches I called and filled out maintenance request daily but nothing truly ever got done it was so bad. Never again"

"I was considering renting from here until I looked through the reviews and saw a response from the management/owner. Your response to a former tenant was extremely unprofessional and very telling about you as a person. Telling someone they “can’t combat roaches if they live filthy”, first off, if a building is infested with roaches, they will appear. Roaches are a health hazard and a place can be shut down by the health department if need be."

"Look how close this is to the stair case Over 2 weeks and Repairs still unmade!! I can’t even walk to/up my stair case without jumping over puddles of shi* & maggots Yes those are maggots it’s a health hazard here 100/10 don’t recommend in the process of breaking my lease this is only one of the several problems I have with this dilapidated place. Update: 09/16/23 Repairs still unmade to this mess almost 2 months now"

"Before June 2023, when they were under the old management, they didn't fix things on time, and when they did, it wasn't done improperly. Most of the things, the tenant themselves had to fix. Also, you had to request the much needed repairs 5 to 7 times before it would get fix. They weren't recording the request or repairs, and they just look at you, as if you were wrong for even having repairs. The tenant do have a right to fix specific repairs, but it is the owners responsibility to make sure the repairs are complete. The previous owner had apartments in other states, and he was an elderly person, when he bought these apartments. He didn't want to hire help, and he overworked the workers he had. I have lived here since 2007, and for the first four years things went smooth before he came, even though, they were rundown then. At this point I am just ready to move, and I'm over it."

"Worst place iv seen in the city grown up here all my life and this apartment is not healthy or helping it’s hot in here they never fix anything water comes out our toilet and won’t stop we have two kids called everybody o one cares or the apartment people it’s really uncalled for and somebody to help these apartments they said a person would be here and there’s no one every time"
