"I moved here 6 months ago. I’m currently on waiting’s lists to move out. They do nothing to keep up the grounds . There are dead bushes, mud runs out when it rains, my porch floods just short of my front door. There were 8 places that flooded during a heavy rain this year. The manager has her hands tied because the owners won’t part with money to fix things. Maintenance man does all he can with the limitations he faced with."

"Lack of maintenance is an ongoing issue: over a year since I’ve been here and I hear from residents who have been here longer, that it is standard to wait weeks and even months for issues to be resolved, if at all. And there is no way to prove you have turned in requests. The resident portal, if allowed in, Is empty and does not provide maintenance requests. There is no fitness center. No tv in ”clubhouse” and no wifi and residents are discouraged and often barred from using the clubhouse.There is no “walking trail;” it is the sidewalk. The pool is closed most of the season for lack of maintenance. The grounds are degrading and eroding. In places, sidewalks and the parking lot are covered in heavy slippery dirt. The sprinklers were not used this year because of leaks. The so called, “lake” is really just runoff rain water and it is nasty and overgrown with weeds. Many of the buildings have had multiple roof leaks which they keep patching. Squirrels live in many of the attics of which management have been aware for a long time. And goose poop is all over the sidewalks and is never cleaned. Lights are out on many of the buildings so it is dark and precarious to walk at night. They market to seniors. The rent is market value, yet they do not provide the quality of living conditions that are promised. Seniors find it difficult to move yet again, once they discover the true substandard value of service. And there is no one whom to complain or appeal."

"My poor little parents are dealing with water coming in their living room due to roof issues that have been reported over 10 years ago by other residents as well. I am done watching them suffer and will report this establishment ASAP since management can’t make corporate do it! Beware of this establishment please."
