"A zero stars option needs to be a thing. This property is ran unprofessionally by the woman in management. My husband and I went Friday, March 8th, to view the apartment. But due to the apartment not being ready she told us we could come back Tuesday to view the apartment. Here it is Tuesday and she calls first thing to tell us she leased out the apartment even though we had plans to lease the apartment ourselves. I get demand for such things but she completely disregarded everything she told us Friday."

"Yeahhh these people leaving good reviews are definitely paid. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! Just know that they are only there maybe 1-2 days a week. Nobody will answer the phone or call you back. There’s only one maintenance man he’s a great guy but can only do so much. There are roaches everywhere no matter what you do and they have no pest control. They have a few big lights for the parking lot but none of them work. Place is HORRIBLE. Live in a tent if you have to just don’t give your money to this company."

"I absolutely loved living here. I moved from Dallas to this complex back in 2020 and had no idea Howe even existed. The apartment complex is beautiful, quiet, and everyone I’d encountered was nice. The unit I got was very nice and clean. I hardly had any issues with anything in my unit, and the only time I did was prior to the current staff now. It’s been quite the journey here and had some great memories. I’d move back if I had to!"

"Extremely Nice and very Understanding Property Manager. She is very lovely and makes living here just perfect. Absolutely the best apartments have ever lived in and definitely won't be leaving or even trying to move anywhere or anytime soon."
