"Horrible management. I pay $1100 to live here. The kids that live here are disrespectful and rude. They scream outside my door, run up and down the stairs, throw toys, bikes etc down the stairs, I’ve complained several times and nothing is ever done about it. The kids run around with no parental supervision whatsoever l, kids under 8 years of age, mind you. If I have to pay this much to live here I expect to have peace and quiet when I get home form a 12-14 hour shift. I can’t wait til my lease is up so I can move or if I find something sooner I will be breaking my lease."
"Sure would be nice to get a hold of the apartment manager. Office hours seem to change alot. 9am to 5pm Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays. And the lady goes to lunch at 12 to 1. But lord forbid the office open up after lunch. I'm just trying to fix my smoking garbage disposal. Would like to keep my home and all the nice things I have. Guess I'll just call 911 they don't seem to have a problem answering the phone, and their manager actually showing up to work. This place doesnt even deserves 1 star. I mean grass gets cut, and trash once every two weeks gets picked up . Lord forbid Melody shows up to make a pay check."
