"Aside from the bugs this was not a bad place. I had to type numerous letters to get the bugs under control. After the bugs were under control it was good. Until a car came through my bedroom wall. The property owner left me with $192 of my just paid $795 rent for 6 days of being in a house that a car ran through. Left me with no money and no place to go because I just paid rent. The property owner is a money hungry jerk. He couldn't make money off my unit or the one across the hall because they were both wrecked into but he felt the need to keep all but $192 of the rent I paid. No compassion or anything. Would never rent from Rhomer Properties ever again."
"When we first found this apartment, we knew it was the right choice for us! The owners were anxious to make us feel welcome and showed us by preparing the apartment in excellent fashion! The previous tenants had moved out the day before we visited. When we showed interest the owners jumped into action by shampooing all the carpets, cleaning the entire place and changing the worn appliances to brand new ones (stove, hood and dishwasher)! Everything that was questionable was immediately addressed and corrected within 24 hours. We are very pleased and highly recommend these owner’s properties!"
