"When we first opened our service I was paying around $45 per month for one cart. Not bad. Then it started creeping up and up; one month it went up right at $15. I called to ask why and was told that since gas was high and they had to buy new tires for the trucks they had to "pass the cost on to the customers." I canceled when I had to pay $82 and change. I went to another service for $30 per month."

"DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH Waste connections!! This company has raised the price from $85 a month to $150 a month in the span of 7 months. If you try to end your contract with them they will make you pay 6 months even though they are breaching contract (it's not a breach if you sign their new contract that states they can change the price at any time). This is a terrible company and I hope someone starts a class action."

"I was charged right at $78/month. I found On Site Solutions that charges only $31/month total for the same size can and same service! My trash was not emptied on time every time. Also, I was told I could use a bungee to hold my lid down due to living in the country and all the wildlife here. Then wasn’t picked up when I had the bungee on it. I found another service and Waste Connections sent me an invoice for $513.19 due 4 days after the invoice date! Horrible customer service!"

"I've been a customer with this company for 4 years located on Lake Nocona west side. I have a smaller trash can on wheels that we use and get a once per week pickup. The first 3 years were fine and we paid 45.00 per month for the service. This year the price has increased every month until at present we were charged 74.00 a month to have one small green container picked up once per week. That's an outrageous charge and I was told that it would like continue to increase. I was also told that we could not stop the service because we are under a 5 year contract. This is not a good company to do business with."
