"Talked to Dave, he was helpful over the phone, we agreed to meet at 9:00 in the morning next day which was over an hour drive away from my place.I showed up 3 minutes late due to google sending me in a loop. When I arrived near office, somebody came out, I asked if he was Dave. He said no, and asked me why did I want him for? I explained I had a 9:00 with Dave several times. He finally said he’d go get him. Since this was a home and office in back, figured I’d wait outside for Dave unless they asked me in. 10 minutes later waiting outside the office door in the sub-freezing cold, this unidentified man who didn’t bother to introduce himself said to come in. Waited another 10 minutes inside, two full size but friendly and unwashed dogs in a very little room not much bigger than the size of a closet did not help the smell. I asked several more times if Dave was on the phone or if he was going to come out. This guy was zero on small talk, kept looking down, rarely making eye contact, not saying anything, was obviously bothered about something or me, but I was nice the whole time. Basically he’d either shrug his shoulders or put his hands up in the air, telling me he didn’t know what he was doing. Finally decided to wait back in vehicle, and get some fresh air. This guy didn’t have a care in the world, but it’s not like he had anything else better to do, nobody else was there, nor was he on the phone. Long story short, didn’t wait much longer out in the car, this was over a two hour round trip wasted out of my morning. Weirdest and most unprofessional place I’ve visited in a long time. Cox Concrete in Mt. Pleasant is further out, but I’ll probably be giving them my business."

"Didn’t get passed hello. Person I spoke to at MD Richardson sounded annoyed that I had disturbed him by calling. I won’t do business with anyone that sounds put out when a potential customer calls. Having an issue with my septic system and will probably need to replace the system. MD Richardson’s loss..."
